§2. Services provided on the Website
- The Service Provider provides the following free of charge: browsing the product range, a product search and a quote request form.
- To use the Website you need a device with internet access and an up-to-date web browser; to send an enquiry you need an active e-mail address or telephone number.
- Users may not submit unlawful content through the Website.
- The form service is provided on a one-off basis and ends when the message is sent. You may stop browsing the Website at any time by closing the page.
§3. Product information
- Product descriptions, photos, dimensions and parameters are indicative only. Many products are built from used, tested components, so we confirm their condition and exact specification individually before a contract is concluded.
- Prices and availability shown on the Website are for information only and do not constitute an offer within the meaning of Art. 66 of the Polish Civil Code, but an invitation to enter into a contract (Art. 71 of the Polish Civil Code).
§4. Enquiries and conclusion of a contract
- An enquiry may be sent via the form, by e-mail or by telephone. On this basis the Service Provider prepares an individual quote.
- A contract of sale, hire or provision of services is concluded outside the Website, once the terms (price, lead time, delivery, installation, payment, warranty) have been agreed in a quote or contract.
- If a contract is concluded with a consumer at a distance (e.g. by e-mail or telephone), the consumer has the rights arising from the Polish Consumer Rights Act, including the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, subject to the exceptions provided for in Art. 38 of that Act, including for goods made to the consumer’s specification. The Service Provider provides the details before the contract is concluded. The same rules apply to sole traders where the contract is not of a professional nature for them.
§5. Complaints regarding the Website

§7. Final provisions
- Matters not covered by these Terms of use are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code, the Act on the Provision of Services by Electronic Means and the Consumer Rights Act.
- The Service Provider may amend these Terms of use for important reasons, e.g. changes in the law or in the Website’s functions. Amendments take effect upon publication on this page.
- These Terms of use apply from 18 September 2026.
